This morning Morgan went into the ER for a procedure to alleviate the pain caused by the second/third degree burns on her skin. The doctors “popped” the large blisters trying to minimize infection which can be fatal for us.

Morgan returned to her room kinda of mummy like. Most of her body has been wrapped in gauze to protect any open wounds. They plan on doing this again Monday, and possibly Wednesday. A catheter has been inserted because Morgan is pretty much immobile. They have her in a bed that gives her circulation a boost…sort of like the massage chairs at the nail salon (but probably more expensive). Currently she is out cold – hoping she stays that way for a while…
