Sunday, the day of rest…
But not for Morgan. We had visits from Ava and Max today – thanks guys, she really does love seeing her friends, even if she gets tired and needs to rest. While we are out, it is difficult to try and reel Morgan in, and explain that we can’t just go anywhere. Too many variables with crowds of people, but we are taking baby steps. She is already bored with her Mom, and the word “no,” which I also explained was a word that was being re-introduced when we left the hospital.
Tomorrow is a difficult treatment day with 2 shots to her leg muscles and an IV for her chemo. Most likely she will be very tired. Hopefully her counts will be good enough not to have to stay at the hospital. We go day by day. We are crossing our fingers that she will be able to go to school on Tuesday.
